Additional / Optional filter for matches based on tactics rating of the opponent

Essentially the title says it all. 

I would be very happy if I could have an additional filter for games based on my opponents' performance on tactics (as well as filter out those who have not done any tactics at all). Simple as that. Besides, it takes only a few tactics for someone to reach a "reasonable" tactics rating.

The reason that I am coming up with this idea, is because of the 200 limit on blocking people in live chess. I have ended up blocking 200 people since their game play was not convincing as being humans. In particular, I am very much inclined to block people who have 500-1000 points lower than my tactics rating and still I am being beaten very convincingly either in 1-2 games in a row, or even worse I lose, for example with a score like 4-0. 

Do you think that such a filter would be easy to implement? I think it would be, and moreover, my guess is that some people would very much appreciate it (me among them).
