i believe that you need to achieve an identical position 3 times to claim a draw. I don't see that here.
where is the draw
I would need to go over the game again to double-check. Chess.com doesn't seem to have a three move rep. (TMR) set up in their system. However, if all the pieces were in the same position three times, even with an intervening position in between, it would qualify.
This is the way I have had the rule interpreted by a National TD. I move, you move and we take a photo of the board, if all the pieces are in the same places in three photos, then it qualifies.
But, if there is one piece that has changed position, then TMR does not exist.
Several points: a) it's three-fold repetition of position, not moves, b) the draw must be claimed, and therefore there will be no automatic issuance of a draw by the server here unless three-fold repetition is BOTH "on" AND claimed, and c) when the same position occurs or is about to occur for the third time, the same player must be "on move."
