A big Happy Holidays to you all. Do any of you know any special holiday chess variants for this time of the year?

Stuffing Chess: Each player has to eat a slice of Christmas pudding or a mince pie every time his opponent takes a piece or checks him.

Sounds awesome. I wouldn't play too conservatively in a game like that!

beer chess, everytime you lose piece, you have drink a shot, most fun :)

Ice chess. The board is completely covered in ice, so when you move a piece to a square it keeps on sliding until it hits something. Knights, pawns, and pieces making captures don't slide.

That sounds really fun. Seems like it would be really difficult to maneuver the Queen though.
