A comedy of errors

I'm trying to get better, and now that I've studied a ton and tried to pick up strategic and positional concepts, I've started actually playing. In this game, I went after a B-player's open seek, and got my patzer butt handed to me easily. I tried to add in commentary so you people who can actually play chess could laugh at me even harder, but it doesn't want to show up, apparently.

I'll just mention that I think I should have played 11... bxc5, 15... Ne4 (a ridiculously obvious move which I was somehow blind to until I ran this through a computer), and 20... Ba6 (preserving my advantage). In both cases I looked for the positional idea of an open-file rook without considering the further ramifications of the move. This guy played some weird opening moves, as well, and I feel like I should have been able to exploit that, but couldn't figure out how.
