Hi you did fantastic in following basic principles, sad to say that your opponent didn't, that is why it was a smooth win and not too challenging. First of all he made a lot of pawn moves very early in the game. Anyway move 15 you might have missed a simple tactic knight capture on b4. on move 23 you said you weren't too sure, but you had a plan which makes the pawn push a good move. if that was me I'd push the Knight up on f4, because I feel the more pieces are closer to the enemy king the more chance you get a big advantage and some tactics.
