you can not win immediately but Nb2 Qe1 Bxe2 Qxe2 Qxd4 is very good

Agree with post 2. Seems like a rather special position - probably the outcome of you being busy with attacking and advancing your pieces fast while white had been more focussed on defense and setting up a center-control? His center is however quite attackable. Do you have the whole game recorded?

you surely missplayed some moves earlier cause its impossible to reach such a position without having a huge advantage. u should still be better after the moves i said above though.

What's wrong with just going ahead and taking the knight?

2. Qxe2  Qxd4

with the plan of moving the knight to e5 (where it seems to be much more active and much less trapped than it would be at b2) and then try to get the rooks on the d and e files.

Qxd4 is fine.
