Why don't you simply use a computer to analyze it?
Anyway, seems like your mate wasn't taking that game seriosuly or just played horrible moves. You played nicely, capitalizing on some of his mistakes. He didnt make any clear mistakes - but mistakes that weakened his position, ending up in a grande finale collapsion of the whole structure and your nicely organized attack.

Ha ha. Loved the commentary, the exclamation marks and question marks in your annotation. I can see you enjoy playing chess. Keep playing to get better.

The reason i didnt use computer analysis was it was otb
whats funny is he plays well understands tactics, but has never heard of a knight on the rim is dim and control the center.

I'd play 3... e4, where you get a reversed French Defense picking up a tempo against his knight.
You might be able to hold the extra pawn with something like 5...Nxd4 6.Nxd4 exd4, since you can follow up with c5, it isn't easily attackable, and it hinders white's development. 5...d5 is ok though.
6...Nxb4 7.dxe5 fxe5 8.Nxe5 trades a wing pawn for a center one. e5 will be hanging on the next move also. first e4 at this point chases his knight to a passive square.
you mentioned you'd like an opinion on your opponent's move 9.h4. it is a terrible move, starting a flank attack against your king, which looks just as ready to castle the other way. You have a large lead in development and a strong center. He needed to focus on development and getting his king castled.
10. I would have castled the other direction on a future move. You are dominant in the center so there was no pressing need to castle kingside.
11. Nh2... agree not a great move, but could have a plan of g4-g5 opening files towards your king.
21. Maybe time for e4? Whites position is really bad, but a counterattack in the center might bore fruit. Also maybe kingside castle, then creating a potential discovered attack against your queen.
23. Rag1 prevents g4, which was threatening to win the f3 bishop due to the pin.
25. exd4 might be ok, since he is hitting your bishop and behind that a knight, plus he opens e5 for his rook.
25.Qxd4+... I don't see a forced mate at all. He could play Kg2, making black deal with the threat to his e5 bishop. He could also play Qe3, which doesn't lead to an immediate mate.
Lots to think about... hope any of these ideas help.

Hi Jetfighter13,
As promised here is the video on your game.
Chess: Amateurgame analysis #05 ( NN vs jetfighter13) part1
Chess: Amateurgame analysis #05 ( NN vs jetfighter13) part2
Despite the short length off your game, it's a 2 parter since it was a really interesting game to analyse.
The two main concepts to remember from these videos are:
1) Develop with tempo, when possible
2) Rip open the center when ahead in development, especially whilst the enemy king is still in the middle off the board
Another youtube-vid off mine which might be helpfull is:
The knightsac in the damiano-opening
This one also illustrates the concept off developing with tempo and attacking the enemy king pretty well
Nice game and keep enjoying Chess

This is my favorite game that i have ever played because i played good moves most of the way through even though my opponent made mistakes, He was a good sport, and congradulated me on my victory, isint that the point of the game, to be a kind person and respect those who beat you and not humiliate those you beat
any way here it is
