What should you do?

I am very young.I play in tournaments all the time.Sometimes I have no clue what to do.Can some of you better players help?

Be more specific about what you want to know. Sometimes you don't have clue about what exactly? how to evaluate position? For your rating I suggest you to  work with Chess Mentor beginner and intermediate atleast 2 to 3 times. It would help a lot.

Here's a general tip.

When you're unsure what to do, look for your least active piece, and move it closer to the center or closer to the action.
