I mean, I made some mistakes, but from move 105 onwards even the computer can't better the 4+ and can't win! Why?
Why can't I win with a queen against a rook+pawn?

After 104..Rf7, 105. Qh6+? is mate in 49, while instead Qe8! is mate in 26. Basically you needed to realize that the problem with black's position is the pawn on e6. If black's pawn is on e7 instead and all pieces shift one row up it is simple book draw (the first diagram in any mentioning of queen vs rook endgame):
In your game, because the pawn is on e6 black does not have a fortress because the queen takes and stays on the 8th row and eventually put black into zugswang, by using the queen to force the king away from the pawn, which forces black's rook back and then the white king makes progress to e5 and d6 after.
In your case you are simply checking randomly from various angles and that is no different from a fortress position.

Mate in 49? That must suck for the the defending player, to get mated the move just before he would have gotten his draw
