Go Judit!

Pre_VizsIa

In the end 'twas 17.5 to 10.5, Judit's favor.

SirDonald

she butchered him!!

CaroKannMan

I had a lot of fun watching these games! Thanks to Mike and Ben for great commentary and being able to keep up with two of the best players in history.

Mr_Tarkanian

Wow.  Judit stomped poor Nigel.  I guess his prime was more so when he was in his late teens.  :(

Congrats Judit ! As usual, you showed so much class and humility in the post games interview. How refreshing !....Fabulous representation !

I was so busy today ... missed the games. Thanks RONALD_A for posting the games here!  And I agree with jcm1978, if anyone has a link to the post game interviews, I'd really be interested to watch/listen to them!

Congratulations Judit Polgar!  Very well done! :)

fabelhaft

Polgar could have won even bigger if she hadn't blundered into mate in one when piece up in the 14th game.

I thought there were too many GMs int he world today. But maybe too many men Gms sums it up better. Polgar Polgar Polgar.

Polgar played exciting tactical chess.  She is old school and does it well.  Short came across as a poor sport with all of his excuses in the post match interview.

First of all, I have no ide wehat you'd be meaning by "old school." I think its frankly a cunning way of trying to say she is "cool. okay" in your book. And what the heck is tactical chess, if not all chess using tactics...thenn they wind.  Kay?? While I respect youtr ability to free speecxh in the matter, I'd feel repulsed if others disallowed me to express my self in retort to your infanity.  Someone must challd and win on PhoenixTTD right away, but I hope he will hurt hmself in grief affer gist one loss.  Out.,.,

I would respond to your insult if I had any clue what it was.

Polgar plays like Fischer.  She does it well.  If that offends you, then I don't care.
