Okay, so I've been playing chess for a short time and I started learning from your website and videos on Youtube.

I know the basics of chess, but there are some stuff that confuses me..

There are a lot of words such as "Dutch Defense" that seems to be plans to proceed on your playing, I'm not really sure how many there are and what are they exactly. 

If you can answer my question with some detailled stuff, I'll be glad :)

Don't pay any attention to the openings at your level, just play and practice tactics until you get through most games without dropping pieces to attacks you did not see coming.

Oh okay, I'll try to work on spotting the opponent's strategies from now  and avoid being pinned. But, sometimes the rating and time keeps pressuring me.. So I started to play games that are 10 minutes. :)
