The Clown Game (Never ending)

I mention this game as a game clown. In step 60 has been shown to play clown, which according to my friends, Sahobu, it has been a step iron (langkah setrikaan), left-right, right-left, top-down, bottom-up that never ending move. Both player are avoid the occurrence of 3 times repetition of the move draw.

In fact this game will not end, until 79 on the steps, there is a big change, when I should be willing to remove the white pawn on the A6 to continue the promotion step, I take the pawn at F4.

Interesting games begin again. In fact this game will not end, until finally the game going until the 112 steps long. Mr. Bean always says: "no draw, ... no draw!"

Finally determine the time also.

Djamiat won on time.

Hicks...!Tongue out

How did black win on time? Isn't that a draw due to insufficient material?

No, that's only if it's not possible at all to checkmate. With the white rook there, it is:

So, actually, white would have done better to sac his rook! Surprised One of the nuances of chess.

Mr_Bean_Un indeed a unique person, he prefers less rather than draw.

But then, surely under this rule, if I have less time than my opponent, and he has a king+pawn versus my king, he can just move around for a while, moving his pawn forward every now and then, until I run out of time and lose a completely drawn position?

Well, with king+pawn vs king there are only so many pawn moves to make before it's win or stalemate.

But yes, in blitz, you're toast if you don't move fast enough. So it goes. People do it with K+R vs K+R...

But that doesn't have to do with this rule. Surely a pawn is sufficient mating material by itself?

Yes, but in a completely drawn king+pawn vs. king endgame, it doesn't seem fair that my opponent gets the win if I time out, even if I'm sitting on his queening square, and even if it's a rook pawn!

If you lose on time in a N vs R ending, it is possible after losing on time to notify the TD and ask for a draw based on insufficient mating chances, if I am not mistaken, which is different than insufficient material.
