Where have the average opponents ratings gone

They seem to have dissapeared.

I always thought of peoples ratings as mid way between your own and your average opponents rating.

i miss it. I paid close attention to that stat and used it to make sure it was consistant with my rating. Bring it back Chess.com!

They took it out because it was poorly coded and causing site stability issues. Erik said it will come back when they get a chance to change the way it's stored on their servers.

There have been some temporary chess.com-site-changes recently.

I think the lower your % wins, the higher your opponents average, and vice versa. Best win is another clue. I've seen some players whose best win is less than their own rating, so they must have gained their (relatively)high ratings by beating many lesser players.
