Bomber Harris.
Never heard of him. :)
Ivanchuk is very good at blitz, very sharp but always relaxed.
Tal, Petrosian and Anand were also great blitz players. In my opinion the best would have to be either Fischer or Kasparov.
Karpov was by far the best blitz player ever. He would easily crush weaker players like Kasparov, Fischer and Karlsson.

Go away forever.
Bobby Fischer:
In April 1970, Fischer also effortlessly triumphed in the strongest blitz tournament ever held, in Herceg Novi, Yugoslavia (now Montenegro).
Three former world champions — Mikhail Tal, Tigran Petrosian and Vasily Smyslov — lagged far behind Fischer.
Capablanca and Kasparov(aka rafael).
On Capablanca
Alekhine: "His real, incomparable gifts first began to make themselves known at the time of St. Petersburg, 1914, when I too came to know him personally. Neither before nor afterwards have I seen – and I cannot imagine as well – such a flabbergasting quickness of chess comprehension as that possessed by the Capablanca of that epoch. Enough to say that he gave all the St. Petersburg masters the odds of 5–1 in quick games – and won! "
Fine: "I reflected on the fact that I could already beat Alekhine at quick chess while Capablanca, the few times I had played him, beat me mercilessly."
Jim-Bob Hansen.
He will be born in 3324.
Wesley So? really? LOL you don't know many great speed players, do you?
There are countless threads on who is the greatest chess player of all time. But who do you think is the greatest blitz player ever? Hikaru Nakamura? Wesley So? Carlsen? Kasparov? Fischer?
