Bug in deleting messages

When I try to delete my messages, it says I deleted 25 messages but my messages are still there and won't be deleted. Please fix this bug chess.com.

Hiya, when this happens are you using the Android app or did you delete the messages through the app but see them on the webite?

I'm not on an app. I am on a computer using google chrome.

This bug is kindof annoying as I have so many junk messages. I need to delete them

Stop being mean here, and looked where that got you. Your account got banned. Treat others the way you want to be treated

I'm on IE 11 and same thing. Our whole team of chess.com players can't delete either. It looks like it is everyone on chess.com

Can't delete? Click on Help & Support and report it. (be nice) The more that let them know the better. Tell them if it is your phone, or home computer, so they know. Thanks.

We're very sorry, there were some UI changes required in preparation for v3; messages currently can't be deleted.

I'm using Apple Safari and having the same problems... :(

At least now I know what the problem is.

That doesn't work as the message is still there. Opening the message and then deleting just gets rid of the red new message number

Hey.  When does version three come out?

User Interface, how you interact with the website.  v3 is hopefully going to be releases August-ish :)

Does this mean we can't delete messages until then?
