Can't play live - lost game

Hi! I just lost 2 games in a row when the connection got "interrupted" (http://live.chess.com/live?v=2015080501#g=1240800568 & http://live.chess.com/live?v=2015080501#g=1240807713) I hade 3 minutes left in the first one and 4 in the second one. and couldn't access live games for almost 10 minutes between the games. All other sites on chess.com worked fine. I use Chrome, but I also tried to access the site with IE and the Live games didn't work there either.
It was not particulary good game since I suck at faster tempos, but I still didn't like it :(
Is anyone else expericing the same problem?
