When I attemped to enter a single line of Conditional Moves in the  sequence:

IF kh1 THEN Kf4

IF kh2 THEN Kf3

IF kh1 THEN Qg2

the Conditional Moves were displayed as ...

Obviously there is a danger of black losing the game if the Conditional Moves are applied in an unexpected order!

Yeah, it's annoying. I don't know how good your connection is, but you have to make sure the page is completely loaded before you enter the next move. It happens to me if I enter a move while the "loading" animation in my browser is still busy.

Thanks for that, rooperi. It does seem to be a timing issue: entering the moves slowly works.

I too have experienced this.

I never experienced this glitch yet but I make sure I only enter one move at a time and avoid "alternatives". Good luck! Keep It Simple Stupid ,is my motto when it comes to puters!
