There is a move speed restriction available as an option under Show More Advanced Options within Start New Game. However, the minimum move rate is fast (< 3 hours). Both you and pierre120882 have an average move speed faster than that.
Sounds like a bug.
I just saw the same thing. My average time/move is 36 mins, and I wanted to accept a player with 38 mins/move average time. I contacted the tech support this morning. If they get back to me, I will post here their answer.
OK, I contacted support too, when anyone has the answer he'll let know to the others.

I am getting this error too on every seek I try to accept. I would think that 30min 2 sec after 818 games should be quite acceptable.
my friend pierre120882challenge me, I challenge him but we are unable to accept the challenge, we have the following error message:
"Sorry, your move speed is too slow to accept this seek."
What does this means?
