After searching the web for "xd_proxy.css" to find out what it was since i never download an unknown file especially when it has an unfamiliar extension i found this forum. since this "download" has become quite annoying on facebook and tagged and sometimes wont cancel or close when i click the X. i went into internet options-security tab-custom level- then i scrolled down not knowing what to look for. i came across downloads - file downloads and i disabled it. since doing that this file download request has not popped up on any site. but only a temporary fix keeping in mind that sooner or later you may actually need to download something and it wont work until you go back and allow file downloads.

Next time try cutting and pasting the error message regardless of source, browser, OS or program into a search engine such as www.scroogle.org
Well it seems facebook has fixed the issue, I just came to this site without getting a download for this .css file.
