Graphic problems!

I use Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox, but suddenly I cannot se the board correctly displayed...the pieces are incorrectly shown, and sometimes I cannot even see the 'green dots' representing others players to challenge...all this is when I want to play live. Does anybody know what's wrong?

I had this problem when I was using IE 8 and switching to Firefox fixed it. Since you are already using both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox and have the same problem with BOTH browsers then the only thing left is that your OS has become corrupt! It can't be this site because nobody else is having the same problem you are.

So here's what you so... ask your kids what program(s) they have recently installed!? Seriously! Somebody at your end has installed or uninstalled a critical program!  Almost every free game downloaded from the Internet will try to change your system, install a virus or install spyware!

I recommend finding the new "free" game your kids installed and removing it. You should also go to the main page of SuperAntiSpyware, d/l it and install the latest updates. Then reboot and run the program. Delete everything it finds!

Oh, and BTW, if you have installed extra security such as "Zone Alarm" then you are on your own.

Maybe he NEEDS the most recent Java update? I installed it when I was trying to get IE 8 to run, and then installed Firefox and everthing worked.

Thanks for all the answers! It seems to be working ok now  -but I don't know what has changed...perhaps one update I've performed.
