How to report a cheater?

I just played a game against a 760 rated player and I lost. He played very suspicously, and it wasn't long till I came to the conclusion that he was cheating. Once I found this out, I resigned because if I continue, i'll be wasting my time, I lost anyway. After the game, I analyzyed his moves with an engine and all of his moves lined up with the engine to the T. So, how do I get this guy banned, if you look at many of his previous games, they also line up with an engine perfectly. Thank you for your help.

If he's cheating, he's doing it well. 

He is losing enough games for it to appear normal. Also, in your game, Stockfish ruled the move 27...Bh4? as a mistake, marking 27...b6 the better move.

Best to submit a Cheating Report anyway, as a 760 beating a 1300-1400 does raise the eyebrow.

Yeah, but most of his first games are loses, then all of a sudden, he wins every single game, I analyzed some of his games and they all line up with an engine, even some insane tactics. No way a 700 rated can play like that. I'll submit a cheating report, thanks for your help
