I can't play live chess because of a bug

Every time i try to play live chess, the board appears like this:

And there is just nothing i can do about it. I tried to refresh, rejoin, log in and out, nothing works. How can i fix that, and if i can't can you, the site managment fix that?

That's gotta be annoying! Thats actually caused by a plugin or extension on your browser. There are are instructions on how to remove extension here:

I have the same proble, but with the google chrome browser. I ´ve found all plugins istalled on my chrome by "about:plugins" on the browser bar but I don´t know which is the trouble maker one. If somebody have an idea, please tellme, thank you.

Try disabling them one by one to rule it out. 

live chess doesn't work for me in iphone or ipad (ios7)..it only works in my laptop..it says 'Reconnecting..' and hangs...faced this issue before but after an update it got fixed and i am facing it again now..if i cant solve this issue, its time for me to switch to other good chess websites..

Sorry you're having connection issues :( Are you using the app or a mobile browser?
