Thx I know about that. But I need to hand some information. Cause its a clear case of a mistake!
I have sendt to report to. But its 1-3 days reply.
Its urgent cause he will loose on time.
Its such a clear case that I need to get in touch directly with staff.
If I was unsure I wouldnt do this.

Rune go back his page , contact cc there , ask them to halt his games whilst they review their decision ,
they will im sure as it is a reasonable request and is within their abilities

If he is banned you won't be able to go to his page - only to his archive. Tournament games will be resigned, other games will keep going until timing out.

Thats up to Staff. i reached contact and it is taken from there. I just know he havent used engine. he is mobole device user only. wich is aslo traceable

Chess.com has a very accurate cheat detection system, but nothing is 100% accurate. It is important that ur friend contacts chess.com directly and submit fide card, affidavit from culb, etc. He can do so over email.
You need to prove that you don't cheat???

No, only if the chess.com cheat detect engine which is about 99.99% accurate (so they claim) flags you.

Can someone contact me privatly.
A member and a person i know very well got his account closed yesterday. With cheater mark.
But i know he is not a cheater. He was close to pass 2000 in rating. Wich i know that is an alert already. But this user have a FIDE rating to refer to at 2100. I can give information about that.
He is only using a chess.com application on his phone as well. I helped him to install it.
His rating in chess.com Tactics was 2000-2100 and blitz 1900+ all theese stats talks his way. His winningn ratio was high! but he didnt even meet opponents to match his own rating. He havent even got a message from chess.com as a warning so he can refer to his FIDE title.
Im trying to help him here. Cause he dont know who to contact or how.
Like I said. I hardly managed to install the chess.com application.
Can some staff please contact me. Then I will give username and refer to the FIDE stat.
