I've tried clearing my cache, I've tried chrome and internet explorer. 

I get this screen. Every second it alternates between "waiting for chess.com", "connecting" in the bottom left. Help! =)

I just tried again and now it works, but now I have to go to sleep! Darn the luck.

Having this error as well i'm constantly stuck on the loading screen when i go on live chess. I also have like 3 or 4 friends whom are having this issue as well. Please help

Hi guys!  I hope all of you are up and running now.  This one is tough, because it can be caused by any number of things. 
Usually it's caused by the following:
1. And out of date browser (update it)
2. Security interfering with your connection (you can temp disable it, just remember to turn it back on.)
3. Compatibility issue. (check your plugins, flash, et cetera.)

If, like the OP, you have this problem on multiple browsers, that's a great time to write us a support ticket!  At that point, we may have a site issue we need to address!

wtf when chess.com do maintance work i face this problem . its working fine from 10 days but when chess.com do maintance work 25/6/2014 date my live chess not loading
