LOST by the opponent disconection

Hi, I just lost a game with "Basmacho", in 5 moves, I was white, then my opponent did not move anymore... when he was seconds to lost the game by time, I LOST the game by "disconecction" and 9 points ELO. 

Are there any solution?

I have been kicked out due to constant system abortions and they think that I am aborting the games

Also I have had games where I have had much more time than my opponent and then lose the game because my time expired
