cant_pay_with_paypal_from_germany seems to be a widespread problem.

I created a new account here and wanted to but one month diamond account, but by paypal comes the message that it does not work at the moment. I am from Germany and dont want to pay 10 Dollar more because of bank transfer. Please help me.
