Because there are multiple ratings here. Ratings for blitz, bullet, standard. You have to compare ratings of the same type.

I am going to guess that the percentile rankings are not updated every day.
Last Friday, you were rated 1308 and she was only rated 1228.
Since then you've dropped more than 100 points to 1207 while she has only fallen 16 points to a 1212 rating.
The percentile standings must have been calculated at some point in between.
