picking a color

Hey I have been using this website for a little over a year now and love it.. anyway I noticed within the past two weeks or so when I create a new game, I am not allowed to select a color anymore.. I was wondering if this was because of some new update or change chess.com made?

Yes, too many people were only playing white, and it was messing up other people. Now it checks your last 10 games and assigns your color to make sure you don't always get the same color.

he he, you were picking white all the time and suddenly you cant do it any longer.

Well, finally chess.com decided to put an end to such a practice
