Pre match rating

Two questions if I may:

I've noticed before a match, a ratings calucalution for a win, lose or draw appears. Once the match starts, it dissapears. Is there a way to see what it is for a game in progress?

Second, does the rating remain the same regardless of the two players ratings changing once the match is in progress, or does it recalculate based on the ratings of the players at the time of the conclusion of their match?

Go to Details and then click show rating adjustment. I think it changes based on the rating.
