Problems with chessbase 12

I just reinstalled my pc and reinstalled Chessbase 12. I updated it with games from 2013 and 2014, but to my big surprise, I discovered that there still are no newer games in my "big database 12" than games from 2011. I  have all the relevant subscription codes, which I have entered, but I am still not allowed to download the games again on the "mega update" function.

I tried to reinstall Chessbase 12 another time on my computer, but it did not work. Before I reinstalled my computer, my database was updated with games from 2014 and everything worked fine.

I bought chessbase 12 last year, and it followed a new subscription code to get the games from 2013. I have also bought the code for 2014 directly from chessbase.

Can someone help me? How can I update my big database so that it will include games from 2012, 2013 and 2014?

After reading your port my my first tought was: why are you not contacting chessbase support? Seems to me the first thing to do.

Maybe you're right. How do I do that? I had hoped that I could solve this on my own.

I solved my problems since I had a back up of the database from before I reinstalled my pc, so it worked out in the end.
