I've heard forever, but really, that can't be; too many folks have the title before their name.  Maybe whoever is in charge of "titled player entitlements" is on vacation or something?  Pretty silly taking this long, eh?

             Did you get an electronic responce saying they received the form??   Dog, I'm thinking like when you send in a ticket.    (edit,  OK  scratch that)       Submit a ticket to Jack1yn.  ATTEN: JACK1YN.    She's like a odd problem solver. Tell her you sent in the form, and your checking on the status of said problem. She's professional and should get back to you within reason. The're all professional, but also busy with what dog said, V3, etc.

Yes, I got an automated reply by the website that the form has been submitted.

I think the last case like this was all about a photo ID.  For all I know they make you pose with today's newspaper...

Indeed - this is becoming ridiculous.

1) A month ago I added my first request - zero response from the staff.
2) I opened a new topic here - zero response from the staff.
3) I wrote a PM to JAC1YN as suggested - zero response.
4) I wrote yet again here - no response.
5) I submitted another request with a passport copy - zero response.

Dear staff, if you have a problem with me being here and don't want to give out the premium membership, no problem, I'll move along, but please let me know that there's a reason, thank you.

That's a shame that no one has responded to you sir.  I'm sure it's nothing deliberate and that Erik (the owner) would be upset if he knew how a GM was being treated. I do hope this gets resolved for you and, in fairness, the staff is probably overworked and underpaid.
