Back when chess.com wasn't as big and the forums were much quieter, I bet Erik had much more time to check up on his users and answer some questions. He seems to appear on many threads from around that time, but I'm sure he has much more on his plate now that his website's so popular.

Does anyone know where I can see what time it is at chess.com? Hopefully once I post this my post will come up with what time I posted this. I want to know the time difference between Australia and chess.com
