Unable to replay my games

has anyone else had this problem?

when i computer analyze my games and i make the first move it moves back.  if i go to the 3rd or 4th move and try to move from there it goes back to the beginning.

i also have noticed when someone sends me a game i cant watch it at my pace.  once i start the game it moves all on its own like a chess movie.

this is all very annoying.  why am i paying $49 a year when i cant see my analyzed games?

any help appreciated.

is there an official chess.com help?  i would like to contact them

Hi Ray! Thanks for writing in. I'm really sorry for the trouble. We are currently working to get this issue resolved. 

Yes, I have had the same problem and as I understand it, the problem is being worked on.  It started for me a week or two ago.
