Unfair punishment

I have been restricted for aborting game. I understand but why are they punishing me when other abort the game. I have no control over other players

yes we all want an explanation coz the system is not efficient enough.if u do something,do it properly :-) and if not take this program away.its not my fault if other ppl abort.somehow its my problem too if someone aborts coz i get restricted.....what kind of punishment is this?its not right!

u shouldn't be getting penalised if someone else aborts a game!?! 

I don't abort games yet my acccount has been restricted. Every second person I play aborts and I get punished? I enjoy this site but if this is how it's going to be, I may find somewhere else to play. If you can't fix the problem, remove the restriction.

My server and connections have lead to a restricted account... I only concede a game to save time from a forgone conclusion. I never intend to disrupt any player from enjoying a good game. These punishments are nonsense.... I was actually considering purchasing an upgrade... But why would I do so only to be punished?!!!!

harmont25 i think as a paying member thats a great thing to upgrade for improving your game. just send a letter to administration and explain in a nice way your side of the story and say that youd like to try one month upgrade to see how it is, paying ofcourse. ive been on many chess sites and i feel this is very good site
