Unwarranted restriction - technical issues

I have been prevented by the server, primarily when playing on the chess.com app, from making a move while in "Live" mode - which results in an aborted game. This happened several times. Then, the server has decided to restrict my account, which causes me to wait between games. The server continues to abort my games, meaning i will probably never get off this restriction. Can someone help with this problem?

Another weird thing that happened concurrently- some guy kept challenging me and making one move then resigning (thus giving me a higher rating). Very odd - i probably shouldn't have accepted his challenges but couldn't resist.
