ok so I won this game: http://www.chess.com/echess/game?id=106292020 yet in the tornament that the game is in it counted that as a loss for me? I am the tornament manager but is their anything that can be done about this?

OK, so the Standings have the wrong record and it shows up as the biggest upset. Gotcha. I would open a ticket and be sure to reference all the points so it will be clear. Looks like the algorithm must have switched the rating somehow when the game finished. You should probably also referrence that the ratings are switched in your archive too.
