Does this have an Opening or Gambit name?

I stumbled upon this opening by playing it once and I've won several games with it (when black does what they are supposed to do).  Stockfish says Knight to F6 is 'Petrov's Defense' and through move 3 is an opening book.

But I take it further and consider it a gambit (forgive me, I'm new so it may not qualify as a gambit).  But if it IS a known tactic, what would be its name?   Every time Nxe4, I end up winning that game.  I really like it!

Maybe more advanced players would never fall for it.  Should I give up using it or can someone tell me its name if it has one?  I just love it!

4 .. Qe7 5. QxN, d6 wins back the N although white is better.

A gambit typically involves a pawn sac.

Thank you! I'm still playing with your suggestion but I'll respond once I have something intelligent to say! As is, people have tried several different responses to this opening but, as you say, even if I don't get their Queen, they end up much worse. This seems to be the case with ALL gambits and openings though.

As with the Ponziani, if the response is D5, it is perfect but each other variation can be handled as well if one knows the moves; same is true here, I suspect. Much to play with! Again, thank you so much - so I assume it's not a regular or known opening which suggests it isn't something we would see GMs play. Still, it was fun!

Well, I just won another game using this. But, under Analysis, I find out that it is called Petrov's Defense and those are all 'book moves' so it is indeed known and named. But you are precisely right on best response. Still, in over 20 variations, I come out ahead no matter WHAT they do after that third move. Such a fun game! Thank you again for helping me work through it!
