Here's a little chart I brewed up for my own curiosities:
The times shown are your total clock time assuming 40 moves will take place. Base time (b) is in minutes, increment (i) is in seconds.
Interesting things to note:
- 2|1 is the longest bullet game unless the game reaches 60 moves.
- Assuming 40 moves, 14:40 is the longest blitz game (14|1, 12|4, 10|7, 8|10, 6|13, 4|16, 2|19).
- A 1|20 game is blitz and grants a total of 21 minutes per side if it reaches 60 moves.

You made a very interesting chart! I reckon you should send it to the Chess.com staff for they would likely add it to their page mentioned above.
I have been trying to figure out what time control rules are applied in Live chess to distinguish between Bullet, Blitz, and Standard. When it comes to the default ones I think 1/0 and 2/1 are Bullet; 3, 3/2, 5, 5/2, and 10/0 are Blitz; and 15/10, 30/0, and 45/45 are Standard. Nevertheless, I would like to know general rules that are applied to custom time controls. It seems that both the manin time and increment matter for 10/0 is a Blitz game and 10/10 is Standard. Players sometimes choose strange time controls (I have seen stuff like 1/50 and 9/20). I am sure Chess.com has got some general rules for they have to decide what rating will be changed after a game but I have not found them yet.
