I haven't read the rules about Live chess here on Chess.com, but...

Is there a rule "draw by rep." in bullet??

Yes, but you have to claim it by clicking the draw button, so you've gotta be quick.

So, if I understand you... In my case, if I clicked the draw button at move #36, it would be a draw?

Yeah, click and you shall receive.  I've used that resource in a few scrambles myself.  Really gets the heart going Tongue out
