dat philosophy overload.... feels bad, man.

@Arikstotle: Sounds like we're being asked to leave the stage. Could be a good idea.

I always feel bad when I read the Daily Puzzle comments: "fp !!!!", "easy peazy!" and so on and so on.

I don't think we are muddying up the thread since everything else about the initial post had been said anyway. We only provide the addendum, free for all to read or to skip. And, we are still on topic.

But I don't mind spending my time on something else for a while. Things will come back, as inevitable as the polar_bear will come back after his wintersleep. And as the icy viper will come back to nag us. Wink

At the moment the only unsolved chessproblem in the world :

... in 2013 I composed a mate in 553 moves ( see above in this article about the evolution of the worldrecord for longest mate from 1889 to 2013 ) , but in 2014 I composed a longer one :

... try to solve my new worldrecord for longest mate above if you can ...

... write down here the first 10 moves and I can recognize if someone can understand my new worldrecord for longest mate ...

... and if you like other worldwide unsolved chesspuzzles you can go to my webside :
