LOCKED MYSELF OUT OF MY EMAIL

Okay, so I changed my password yesterday. I am POSITIVE of what I set my new password to be.

BUT it won't let me log on! I tried my old password but it was like no soap. And now I've used up my chances at logging on and it is now locked for 12 hours.

WHAT DO I DO?!?!?!?! I seriously have a lot of information on that account and I've gotta get it back! Can anyone give me any advice? Or is it hopeless?!

I did. But it wanted me to chose a secondary email address that I couldn't verify for some reason. :/

12 hours?! Goodness. Is it a gmail? There's gotta be a way to fix it so dont worry! Just contact support. You do have a second email right?

Nope, I've got Yahoo. I've got two email addresses for the same account and several disposible ones. Do you mean a second account?
