What is the minimum number of moves a game must have so that the players ratings may suffer changes if someone runs out of time?

LOL no one answered. My guess is that if you lose on time then you always lose some points, unless the oppenent who you lost to on time had a much greater rating.

I think in an on the board game if you run out of time after the first move you will lose the same rating as if you had moved 100.
