Website and/or software for tracking chess club stats

I'm in the process of starting a chess club for my school, and am trying to find an easy and inexpensive way to keep track of individual students wins and losses.  I've considered simply using an excel spreadsheet, but am hoping there is a more elegant solution out there.  The club is going to be very simple for now, so all I'd really like is to be able to keep track of who is playing who and the outcome of the game.  If there was a way to rank students automatically based on this information that would be great as well.  For startes we are simply going to be playing chess during the club time, but I would eventually like to hold mini tournaments for the students.

I would prefer either a web based solution, or something that would run on either a mac or an iphone.  Our school computers are locked down pretty tight and I doubt I could get any windows based software installed.  I could easily bring either my macbook or iphone in and use that if I need to though.

Any solution to this effort of keeping track on chess club win/loss?

The Chess Ranking Assistant is free chess rating software. It runs as an Excel Add-in on PCs. Menu driven. Free forever. It is found at https://www.add-ins.com/free-products/chess-ranking-assistant.htm. I developed it for the elementary school chess club where I taught chess. It is used world wide.
