Chess.com fair play freeze up

I have been accused of not playing fair and it is chess.com that freezes up and aborts the game.  There are time when I can not move pieces and my clock is ticking.  I seems that Chess.com is over loaded as a server.  Why ??   If I have upset folks by aborting a game I say " SORRY "  I have waited on people in the past that gets disconnected.

It is possible there is something wrong on the client side. You might take a look at the following:

While that is about disconnects, it may have some information that will be of assistance. Another thing you can try, when you feel the interface is locked, is to refresh the Live page/tab.

Another thing you can try is just quitting chess.com, and going to a chess site that has a non-browser client. I'm fed up with the freezes on chess.com, where it blames me for it's freezing problems.
