Why not write in directly and post a support ticket about your little problem? You might include a few details about your setup so that a staff member might be able to make a semi-intelligent guess about what might be wrong.
You might possibly also mention how thankful you are that you have had a place where you have been able to spend so many hours for nothing over the last three years and apologize for inconveniencing them with your little problem.
For past couple of days I am having problem with clocks. I play my move and both clocks appear fozen. Later when things get back to normal, I have lost a of time. i am so fup with this now that I am about to quit playing chess here.
