Ok, maybe not kisses, but I will say I have noticed a perfomance improvement on chess.com and I'm now able to use my tablet again whereas there was a period when it stalled and I could not make it work.

Now... for a more silly observation...

Might I suggest you remove the Abort Button if you're going to penalize players for using it?

Personally, I don't want to replay someone more than once.  I'm not being prejudicial. I'm simply choosing how I want to enjoy the game.  You don't give me any option to avoid this automatic rematch.

If you want to punish me for using a serivce that you yourself provided either revoke me permanently or take the button off.  Better yet, fix the problem by making it an option on the seek request.

Especially for unrated games where no one is going to gain or lose points anyway.

Ever since the last server outage my HP Touchpad tablet has ceased to function with chess.com - please check your code!   It hangs immediately after the first ad displays and never responds gain.

I have to agree; there should be some "tweeking" of the abort option here. If people haven't already noticed, the 'seek' board with little green circles is pretty 'jumpy' & frequently I have accidentally challenged someone with a different time control or rated instead of unrated, etc. If the seek board can be modified to make it more idiot proof I can see the issue but right now it shouldn't be grounds for action for multiple aborts.
