Recently the chess boards on chess.com haven't been rendering corectly.  They show part of a row below the first rank and part of a column to the right of the h-file.  Is anyone else seeing this?

NO, but that probably doesn't help you much. Speaking of help, if you want any try describing when & where the problem is occuring (ie, all the time? everywhere? only in live chess? etc) AND what OS, browser & ISP you're using. In the meantime read this and see if anything in it helps
