Terrible lags and ping ~200 for the site in the whole Eastern Europe

For the last three days the chess.com users in Russia have experienced terrible lags and huge ping trying to access chess.com site, while the rest of Internet worked good as usually. Today the same thing is experienced not only in Russia but in Bulgaria too.

Can chess.com investigate the problem with their traffic routing or whatever else that has occured?
