    This move seems good for tactical use to gain control over the center dark squares quickly by setting up for Bb2. Positional play seems very important. If you don't stick to a plan, and lose control of the dark squares, it's a wasted move.

    Nice video but it's only about 1.Nf3 > 2.b3.  He underestimates White's chances after 1.b3 e5.
