This is a competitive thematic tournament featuring the Ruy Lopez Exchange Variation.  The Elo Range is broad, but there is a 75 game minimum to participate.  I enforce this to avoid as much as possible inflated or artificially low Elos.

The tournament is small and only 36 people will compete in groups of 6.  Two people will advance from each group.  To keep things moving, this will be a NO VACATION tournament, but will only require that you play one concurrent game per opponent.
